Please note that annual assessments have been increased to $165.00 per year. However, in order to align the assessment billing period with the calendar year, the 2025 assessment has been prorated to cover 1 May 2025 thru 31 December 2025. The 2026 assessments will begin in January of 2026.

A $10 per month administrative fee will be assessed on bills not paid by the due date.
