RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and provide Maintaince for all properties. This includes the guard house, front entrance and landscaping on all common properties.

Spring:  (After last expected freeze)

  • Review/perform guard house procedure
  • Turn on irrigation
  • Check lighting
  • Review spring mulching and planting at the entrance
  • Review parks for special spring maintenance
    • Walking trails
    • Playground equipment
    • Benches and picnic tables
    • Landscaping
    • Streams
    • Bridges
    • Under brushing

Summer:

  • Check irrigation
  • Review/perform guard house procedure 

 Fall: (Before first freeze)

  • Make sure irrigation is shut off
  • Check lighting for repair/replacement
  • Review/perform guard house procedure

Winter:

  • Review map and contract with landscaping company
  • Present to board changes in annual contract
  • Get quotes for next year’s contract
  • Review/perform guard house  procedure
