The King’s Grant Homeowner's Association (KGHOA) welcomes you to your new neighborhood. Those who live here would say "you've made an excellent decision". We pride ourselves on being a progressive, friendly, and safe community- intent on the long-term preservation of our green space, aesthetics, and architectural (yet not cookie cutter] continuity. King’s Grant has long been recognized in the surrounding area for its seasonal traditions established by The Garden Club which have been subsequently sponsored by the KGHOA and the King’s Grant Neighborhood Watch. These organizations interact with the shared purpose of sustaining our neighborhoods diverse harmonious accord and increasing its attributable value.
Some general information about the neighborhood and KGHOA:
King's Grant is divided into several sections and gated communities and there are several different homeowners associations within the neighborhood.
All residents pay annual dues for the services that their respective HOA provides.
The basics of what this means is--You reside on property that is governed by a set of written documents known as a Declaration of Covenants and Bylaws. These set forth your rights and obligations as a Homeowner/Resident. If you need a copy of these documents, you can find them online at www.KingsGrantnc.com or simply contact a member of the association.
The KGHOA board is comprised of 7 Members serving terms of two years. Any resident can join the KGHOA and then is eligible to serve or become a committee member.
KGHOA is responsible for the neighborhood entrance as well as the security gatehouse which benefits the entire neighborhood.
King's Grant has a vigilant Neighborhood Watch. Please be sure to register with your Block Captain ASAP
Protection and Safety are two of our primary goals. Volunteer when/if you are able.
