KGHOA is composed of 218 lots in sections designated as 2A thru 7. Sections 1 and 2 were created prior to the forming of the HOA and as a result owners living in these two sections may voluntarily join the KGHOA but they are not mandatory members as are sections 2A thru 7. Homeowners who live behind the gated section (KGHOA II), Birkdale Village, Legends Nest and Liberty Hill have their own individual HOAs.
