 PURPOSE:

The Finance Committee shall take the necessary action to develop a budget for the corporation, and seek various sources and methods of fund raising to supplement the annual dues assessment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the annual audit of the Association’s books.
  • Present the annual budget and statement of income and expenditures to the membership at its regular annual meeting. 

COMMITTEE ORGANIZATION:

  • Committee shall consist of a Chairperson and Assistant Chairperson elected by the Board of Directors.
  • The Treasurer shall be an ex-officio member of the committee.
